    Server not accepting connections

    Hello

    I've just completed an install of Teamspeak 3 on my Ubuntu 12.04.1 (Precise Pangolin) 32bit VPS. However, for whatever reason it isn't allowing anybody to connect (generic "failed to connect to server" message) to the server despite not showing any errors. I'm not really sure on where to begin, so I've just included the config file, log and my iptables which will hopefully tell somebody what I've done wrong/haven't done.

    This is my ts3server.ini file -

    Code:
    machine_id=
    default_voice_port=9987
    voice_ip=0.0.0.0
    liscensepath=
    filetransfer_port=30033
    filetransfer_ip=0.0.0.0
    query_port=10011
    query_ip=0.0.0.0
    dbplugin=ts3db_mysql
    dbpluginparameter=ts3db_mysql.ini
    dbsqlpath=sql/
    dbsqlcreatepath=create_mysql/
    logpath=logs
    logquerycommands=0
    The log file that the server generated upon restarting the server. I'll be applying for a non-profit license once the application page is reinstated so the server is currently unlicensed.

    Code:

    These are my rules on iptables... I'm currently using the VPS to host a website running nginx which is why there are other rules in there. Included this as I'm not too sure that my porting for teamspeak3 is correct. Be warned I'm a newbie to SSH/Linux, so if possible please include full command to fix an error should I have done the ts3 port configuration wrong.

    Code:
    Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
    target     prot opt source               destination
    fail2ban-ssh tcp -- anywhere anywhere multiport dports ssh

    Which ports does the TeamSpeak 3 server use?
    These are the default ports used by TeamSpeak 3:
    Default voice port (UDP in): 9987
    Default filetransfer port (TCP in): 30033
    Default serverquery port (TCP in): 10011
    Default weblist port (UDP out): 2010
    Default tsdns port (TCP in): 41144
    Default accounting port (TCP out): 2008

    Well, I made the 9987 port accept UDP by using the iptables -A INPUT -p udp --dport 9987 -j ACCEPT query, but I still can't connect to the teamspeak server.

    Code:
    Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
    target     prot opt source               destination
    fail2ban-ssh tcp -- anywhere anywhere multiport dports ssh
    ACCEPT     all  --  anywhere             anywhere
    REJECT     all  --  anywhere             127.0.0.0/8          reject-with icmp-port-unreachable
    ACCEPT all -- anywhere anywhere state RELATED,ESTABLISHED
    ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:http
    ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:https
    ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere state NEW tcp dpt:ssh
    ACCEPT icmp -- anywhere anywhere icmp echo-request
    LOG all -- anywhere anywhere limit: avg 5/min burst 5 LOG level debug prefix "iptables denied: "
    REJECT     all  --  anywhere             anywhere             reject-with icmp-port-unreachable
    ACCEPT udp -- anywhere anywhere udp dpt:9987
    ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:30033
    ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:10011
    [/B]

    Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
    target     prot opt source               destination
    REJECT     all  --  anywhere             anywhere             reject-with icmp-port-unreachable

    Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
    target     prot opt source               destination
    ACCEPT     all  --  anywhere             anywhere

    Chain fail2ban-ssh (1 references)
    target     prot opt source               destination
    RETURN     all  --  anywhere             anywhere
