teamspeak 3 can not write to the configuration file

Just installed TS3 32-bit and I get this message. I can either ignore or abort, though either one crashes the program.

    Any ideas?

If you have Windows Vista and newer there is likely the UAC enabled.
Try "run as admin" when starting client.

I can't find an option to run it as an admin. Do I have to add something to the config file?

Please reinstall the client and choose to use the user folder to save your configuration during the setup and not the program folder.

Please do not sugesst to start the client as an admin, for the normal use.
    This is only for testing.
