    Non-server based client connections accounting

    Hi all

Apologies if this has already been asked/answered, but neither the FAQ or a forum/Google search answered this, at least in the way I'm asking.

Is anyone aware of a way to count the current number of client connections to a Teamspeak server, via a client, as opposed to ServerQuery on the server?

    Desired result:

    1) Connect once every five minutes
    2) Count/log number of current client connections
    3) Disconnect
    4) Repeat

    Cheers and thanks in advance...

This is possible using a plugin, lua script or the client query plugin that is provided with TeamSpeak.
The number of connected clients is also displayed in the info frame on the right when you select the server name in the tree view.

Since you seem to want this done automatically, I would suggest staying connected all the time and using one of the first 3 options mentioned. Using a plugin you can also initiate a server connection so if you really don't want to stay connected all the time that might be the best option.
