[Not possible] Allowing cross channel chat without serverwide chat, possible?

    Hey good day everyone,

I was hoping someone could help me out with the following situation.
Our teamspeak got recently expanded with a additional community and therefore i would like to remove the ability to send serverwide messages, but still allowing members of each community to cross channel chat without their own 'category'

How would i go about setting this up, if it's actually possible at all?

    The current layout is

    Global lobby
    Global afk
    ---Community 1
    ------ Subchannels com 1
    ---Community 2
    ------ subchannels com 2

    Thanks in advance!
    ~Justin

We do not offer chat over different channels.
The client only can read and send into the same channel, where he is in.

There is a plugin for group chat.
