    Server Error - TS3ANetwork::Recv failed error: 10054

    Hey Guys
Need your help with an issue. :-(

My Non-Profit License Expired few hours ago and my server Disconnected.
    type : Nonprofit
    start date : Thu Jan 12 00:00:00 2012
    end date : Sat Jan 12 00:00:00 2013

It seems to me that the Server was trying to update the LICENSE file (for few hours) but was unable to retrieve it and disconnected.

    TS3 Log Shows the Following:

    Hey PotaBlava

The Post you Linked was never Answered !!!

My port forwarding on Port 30033 is setup correctly and working. File, Avatar and Icon transfer works for all remote users!

Do you have a link to a technical info on that Error ?

In the above mentioned post dante696 asked for a log.
I posted the full log in the original post minus 1000s of error messages that occurred in between first and last instance of the error.

Guys I still need your help.

    Sincerely
    Ruvenzori

    THX again

make sure that your server can ping accounting.teamspeak.com and that it resolves to 80.190.145.215, also make sure that the required ports are opened for the correct protocol as specified in the FAQ article.
The server shut down because it couldn't establish a connection to our accounting servers for too long and as such was unable to validate your license.

    Hey Chris

I've Checked all the settings several times. Everything is setup correctly.

So I analyzed the connection between my Server and accounting.teamspeak.com.

    This is what happens:
    1) Connection gets established
    2) TS3 Server Sends data to accounting.teamspeak.com (handshake)
    3) accounting.teamspeak.com resets connection (hard close)

So it seems that the error: 10054 simply stands for Winsock Error 10054 !!!!!!

Now the question is why was it happening only when my TS3 Server tried to Renew and Update the Non-Profit License???
    Was my license not renewed??
Well I went to the registration form and got it to resend the License to my Email again.
It turns out the license sent to me now is the same license i received originally and was not updated (renewed).
    what do i do now????
Do you guys force the old registrations to expire and make people signup for new ones ????

    Thanks again for your help.

    Sincerely
    Ruvenzori
