I'm not sure if they really disappear after time or only on new disconnects. But the true is if anyone makes a new complain I won't end up seeing if I only remember to check complains next day.
I suppose this is a bug?

Complains disappear after time
I'm not sure if they really disappear after time or only on new disconnects. But the true is if anyone makes a new complain I won't end up seeing if I only remember to check complains next day.
I suppose this is a bug?
This is just a server setup under tab "Misc". You or the admin can change the Remove Time:
