    A "last seen" client property

The client property client_lastconnected provides the last connection time of the client, but there is no stat available to show the last time the client was seen on the server. So if the client connects, and then stays on the server for a day or two, it appears from the database that the client was on further in the past than they actually were. The alternative to this is to manually check to see who is on the server at regular intervals and keep an external record of that, which should not be necessary.

So my suggestion is to add a client property which returns a timestamp of the last time the client was seen on the server. This can be calculated as follows: if the client is connected now, return the current timestamp. If they are not connected, return the timestamp of the time that they disconnected.

    Thanks.

I should clarify that this is for the server's database. So this data would be retrieved by using server query. This is not the same as the information in a client's contacts list.

    "client_lastdisconnected" ?

    Hi,

I'm currently developing my Query bot, however, the function that I want to use simply doesn't exist.
I want to create an admin list and add when he was last seen. It simply doesn't exist.
We only have client_lastconnected which is not what I want, and we have notification "clientleftview" but it only shows clid which we can't even use because it's showing clid instead of cldbid or cluid.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I'm also hoping to see this feature being added into the query version of TeamSpeak3.
Same as the person above, I'm writing a query bot for Teamspeak3(different purpose) but I would need something like "client_lastdisconnected".

    Thank You.

I agree that one of these should be added.
What you can do right now is keeping an up-to-date clientlist by running clientlist once and then updating it with cliententerview and clientleftview events.

Looks like 5 years later almost, the feature is still not added. Great work!

My JTS3ServerMod just track the last seen time on its own. But of course, it would be nice to have this in the TS3 database, so this information don't get lost if the JTS3ServerMod gets restarted.

We do not have that on our to do list. We would have replied already if that would be the case.
