If the "temporary server passwords work also if no virtualserver password is set" is what I think, I love you guys. I am hoping that means that if someone connects using a certain temp password that it will throw them into the channel defined in the temp password creation even if the server its self has no actual password on it. Am I correct?

I just tested this. I LOVE you guys lol.. This is going to be extremely useful for large servers such as ours that host a bunch of channels for other groups. I will be able to make temporary passwords that a group can give to their members to get their default channel to be their own main channel instead of the server's global default channel. Even a passworded channel can be accomodated to be the temp password's default channel. This is the best thing I have seen so far.

Today i downloaded the latest version of the server 3.0.7 from 28.02.2013 and i see in the file " change log " it say the release will be on 4 March the server and the client 3.0.10

Hello Dear Developers !

Can you tell me how update all existing channels to " Opus Voice " and quality 6 in MySQL ? Do possible add to Edit Virtual Server in misc tab, option like edit all channels set up to " Opus Voice " codec to existing channels because i tested that version on Beta and i know the default settings is the voice opus quality 6 when i create the new channel but if i will update tomorrow the server with 1000 channels already have it with Celt codec so, i would to know how with one command change all the channels set up to codec opus voice with quality 6 ?

I don't think there are any automated ways to do what you want. If you run your own server on your own system, you could try and compare two channels in the database one with and one without to see what is the difference that makes the difference and then perhaps easily edit via the value perhaps?

I have < 300 channels in our server that I will be altering. By default I set channels at CELT 8, however if any of my groups still have that set I will move them to opus and if they already have a different codec I will leave it on their choice.

You could check the database ID's for the channels, do they increment like 1, 2, 3 ? If they do you might be able to use serverquery from a whitelisted IP and run the commands from a PUTTY session to quickly make the alterations. Maybe you could write an autoit script or something that could generate the correct commands, paste them to putty and then so on and so on ?

Existing channels will not be changed automatically and there will not be a "flip all channel to x" command either, however you can still use the query to get a list of channels and then modify them accordingly, which you can automate using one of the frameworks.
