    Exclamation TeamSpeak 3 Non-Profit License Issued. licensekey.dat 1KB

    Hello!

    Was licensed, but the file size of 1 Kbyte and empty
    The license file is corrupted?
    server reports - "Unable to find valid license key, falling back to limited functionality"

    What to do?
    Sorry for my English.

    As you can see 1KB is about the right size, Notepad(++), Wordpad or any other capable text editor should find some content in it.

    If there really is no content (file shouldn't be 1kB then but...) you can have your license resend here.

    If it looks like one huge line of garbage (like EAH7734FDEAA...) your email client failed to decode it when saving it from the email attachment. This thread should help in that case.


    If the file contains multiple lines of readable text and afterwards ==key== with some garbage everything is fine.

    May be a problem in the server address. May send the license to another email address?

    Thank you! The problem was in the email client.
