    TS3 Client autostart?!

    Hello,
my question is who can I set Teamspeak 3 64bit Client to autoruns.

    I generated a key in "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ru n" wich points too "j:\programme\teamspeak 3 client\ts3client_win64.exe"

    But it won't work.
Probaply because I set it to "run as admin" ?

    My OS is Win7 64 bit ^^

Not really related to TeamSpeak but anyway...
You can use any of the methods windows supplies to have applications run at startup, which includes the registry, the autostart folder in the start menu, task scheduler and others. See Google for more detailed explanations.

Also why would you want to run TeamSpeak as admin, just curious.

    run as admin because:
If I run some games with admin rights (that they can write where they want, without exactly permissions in folders)
But if I run some programm with admin rights, a program without admin rights can't butt in. And I want speak via teamspeak when I play a game ^^

    Teamspeak dosn't support autostart?!?
"Applicantion -> Start TeamSpeak automatically with Windows"
I think this is exactly what I want Oo

Well, see who hid an option there...
Makes it much easier for you then to do it It doesn't do anything you couldn't have done manually though.

Try to uncheck that option and apply, then check the option again and hit OK.
That option does nothing more than creating a REG_SZ value called TeamSpeak 3 Client in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run which has the value of the path to the executable. Windows will then launch the application whenever this user logs in.
If the value was not created you might not have permissions to create these entries, even though by default you should.
If the value is there but the client still doesn't launch, something is wrong in your windows, presumably other applications set up for auto run through that registry key don't launch either.
As mentioned earlier, this is not related to TeamSpeak, Windows does all the work here.

I'd assume as long as the exe property is set to run as admin, this will be blocked.
If you need to autorun it as admin, there's only the way via the task scheduler afaik.
