Perhaps try using the serveryquery interface to alter those settings to something else.

connect to the server query using any telnet client (e.g. putty) and issue the following commands:

    Code:
    login serveradmin PASSWORD
    use port=VOICE_PORT_OF_SERVER_IN_QUESTION
    serveredit virtualserver_antiflood_points_needed_command_block=150 virtualserver_antiflood_points_needed_ip_block=250 virtualserver_antiflood_points_tick_reduce=5
    quit

    [PHP API Querry] Anti flood?

    Hello,
I recently played a little bit with the Teamspeak3 Quarry API for PHP, but sometimes (when i do more commands at the same moment) I got locked out from my server (I was logged in as serveradmin).

    How can I fix that?

PS: In Putty it says "TS3" and then the connection closed.

Increase serverquery_flood_commands or something like that by using instanceedit. If you IP is static, you can add yourself to the whitelist.
