Teamspeak lowers the music volume of foobar

When somebody talks on ts3 foobar automatically loweres my music sound. It happends just randomly and can not remember if i made a change somewhere in the options.I did google it but i find stuff like Volume Control plug in but can not find it in my plug in list so i guess i dont have that one. Both are updated to the latest version.

    thanks in advance

The client doesn't lower any other application directly / on its own.
Either there is a plugin that does it, or windows does it. right click the speaker icon in the systray > recording devices > communications tab > do nothing > ok should prevent this from happening if windows is doing it.
