When the package installer fails to install a running plugin, it offers the "Retry as admin" dialog.
If Ok doesn't resolve it, the dialog loops until cancel does cancel the whole installation.
Note also that hitting ok doesn't prompt UAC (win8 64), so there might not be happening any elevation after all.
In most if not all cases, temporarily disabling the plugin or closing the client avoids this dead end, which the user has to deduce by himself.
Hence, I feel it might be a good idea to include this information in this dialog route or preferably offering the options to retry with plugin temporarily disabled and/or temporarily close Teamspeak, install, restart and resume connections.
