Another program supporting servers team speak 3

The current client uses mi of 10% to 20% of the processor. I tried to solve this problem in a number of ways but to no avail. In TS2 I did not have this problem. Is there any other program that supports the servers Teamspeak 3?

Additionally, the teamspeak is stuck. If someone enters the room or out of the leaves.

    I put a log of Teamspeak 3

AMD Athlon XP, 2000 MHz 2400+
    Epox EP-8KRA(I) KT600
    VIA VT8237 (VIA 8233/8235/8237/8251) Realtek ALC655

Client Log indicates that the client is not getting enough cpu cycles fast enough to perform process the audio in a timely fashion.
Your CPU is quite old too, so a higher cpu load is to be expected.

There are no other applications that can talk to TeamSpeak3 servers.
