Speakers Muted, except when I push to talk.

My speakers appear to have somehow been permanently muted, and I have no idea how as I haven't changed my speaker settings. The mute button shows that the speakers are active and muting then unmuting has no effect. I can still hear sounds from other applications.

    How do I correct this?

check your hotkeys, seems you might have set a hotkey that mutes them when you release your ptt button.
Make sure that in self > playback profile the correct playback profile is selected (checked).
