Server data lost completely - Is it possible to restore my data?

Heya TS,
I got the messages saying your Central US servers were DDoS'd, and when some of my server's users came on this morning, every channel was deleted.
I ran the SnapShot restore via Website CP, but sadly we lost a lot of our newest icons.

Is there any way you can restore what we lost before the DDoS?

Sorry but this is a technical forum, not linked to any TS3 server.

You have to direct your question to your server provider... the same that sent you the message saying that the Central US servers were DDoS'd. Those servers are not related with this forum.
