need Help with Teamspeak 3 Service Wrapper

Hallo,

i try to install TS3 on my Server Windows 2008 64bit as a service.

This message i get during the Installation:
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: The index and length must refer to a location within the string. Parametername: length
( i translate this message the original message in German: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Der Index und die Länge müssen sich auf eine Position in der Zeichenfolge beziehen.
Parametername: length)

can anyone help me ?
