    This will shutdown your server.

    Please fix your network and open the needed ports. (do not try to ping accounting.teamspeak.com, this will never work)

    I explain that I have no blocked ports. Hosting gives unlocked account by default on all ports.

    I installed iptables. I added to it the rules, rebooted the server. Still not working.
    Can you give more precise suggestions for debian?
    It is getting more and more tiring.

    Please help solve the problem.
    Support TS3 also refers me to the subjects in which there is no solution or guidance.

    Because of your problem, can you please give an overview of your firewall-rules.
    In detail, the rules for the OUTPUT-chain will be relevant to check.

    or two posts above have not written rules that are in iptables?
    When I had no firewall on the server it was also a problem.
    Now installed iptables added a rule, the problem is still there.

    Exclamation Server stops every 3 hours.

    Good day to all.

    I'm having problems with my server, it stops every 3 or 2 hours the server and I have to use the command to start it.
    "./ts3server_starscrip.sh start"

    Your server isn't able to contact the Teamspeak licensing server to verify your license, so it shuts down itself after a grace period.
    Fix: remove the firewall rule that blocks the connection to the licensing server.

    TeamSpeak Accounting - Can't use NPL

    Heys guys, our community has just received it's Non Profit License. We have set up the new server with all 30 groups and 200 channels including all permissions and the server runs without problem. Unlicensed with 32 slots.

    As soon as I restart with the NPL licensekey.dat the server (obviously) tries to validate this license. After 2 hours it's shutting down.

    The server is running on a VPS by German hoster STRATO: https://www.strato.de/linux-vserver/
    2 vCores
    Up to 4 gigs of RAM (2 guaranteed)

    It is running Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS with Parallels Plesk. I've tried whitelisting TeamSpeak and turning off the Plesk firewall completely, but I was still not able to fix the problem.





    What can I do to fix the TSANetwork problem? I've tried most of the things I found on the internet thought I wasn't able to fix this problem

    Teamspeak Team, do not merge this thread with mine.

    The problem is not being fixed by anything in here.

    There is NO firewall active on the server and it is still not able to connect.






    I have just put my licensekey.dat on my local computer (e. g. an NPL on an IP which was not given) and it works for over 10 hours now without shutdown. So what the fuck is the problem with your linux server software?

    But your explanation is exactly what this thread is about.
    Your machine can't contact our accounting server. This is needed to use a license in the server.

    Open port 2010 TCP and make sure your machine can contact accounting.teamspeak.com

    My server will stop alone

    Hello,

    Already desoler for my English I use a translator.

    So I have a big issue with my TeamSpeak, I'm on it with friends and go to speak, when all of a sudden the server what cut for no reason.

    My TeamSpeak server and a debian 8 64bit.

    I download files from the TeamSpeak website and use a license NPL.

    In my logs I have this
