Recently, me and the members of a TS3 server can no longer see people connected in salons other than from their living rooms, kind when connecting to TS seen person then logged in reality it are people in the halls ... This problem happened overnight and the manager of the server does not know how to solve the problem of ideas for those who know?

assuming you are talking about channel subscriptions, you should have the admin check the permissions, especially i_client_max_channel_subscriptions and i_channel_subscribe_power
