If you have correctly integrated your license file into your server, you have to change the slots value of your server on your own. The license itself will grant a higher maximum but will not change any virtual teamspeak server you are running.

Also check the logs to see that your server has recognised the license

As mentioned in several other threads, you have to adjust the slot count yourself. It will not be done automatically since that would be bad.

I tried tons of time to change manually.... but wasn't possible... as I see all permission was corrupted for unknown‎ reason... so the only way was to re-install from zero and I fixed in this way

Server still 32 slots after NPL

    Hello everyone,

I recently got approved for an NLP License and put the file in my ts directory and rebooted the server

But it's still a 32 slot even though it says that it has a Non Profit License when connected..

How can i get it to be 512 slots like it's supposed to be?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello Cuddletrouser,
have you tried going right clicking on your edit Virtual Server and where it says max clients and by either typing in the amount of users (max 512) or using the arrow button to make the changes ?

    Number of user issue

    Hi,

    TL;DR:
Server log says max slots 512 but in the client it says max is 32.

    Details:

I have TS with non-profit licence running on CentOS

    I had to upgrade it.

I installed the new version, and copied the licencekey.dat in the repo && accepeted the license.

    Server starts fine.

    Here is log:

So I am a little confused.
What could be the reason? How can I fix that?

    Thanks!

Max slots means you could have 512 slots. Butthe server will not update the slots automatically.
The admin of the server just needs to change the slots.
