Microphone doesn't work when using ts and skype

I've been having this problem for the past 3 days, before that everything was working perfectly.
Everytime i am on skype (on a video call) and on teamspeak at the same time my microphone just goes crazy. My friends on ts can still hear me but the sound is horrible, its broken and laggy, they can't understand what im saying at all. Strange thing is that if i'm on skype on a voice call and on ts at same time my microphone sound is normal, it's just when i am using my webcam.
I am using my webcam's microphone and its logitech.
And i'm using windows 7.
Anyone got a solution for me?

If you are using Skype, be sure that:
in Skype Tools --> Options --> Sound --> you have to Uncheck "Automatically adjust microphone settings"
and once you had unchecked it, then adjust the mic level for TS3. Skype, in auto mode, varies the mic level.
