    Unhappy Virtual Server shutting down

    Hello guys.

    There are 6 virtual servers. One of them is often shutting down.
    There is no information why the virtual server shut down at log.
    Server just left logs that users disconnected.

    2013-06-04 17:01:12.477246|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| client disconnected 'xxxx'(id:xxxx) reason 'reasonmsg=Server Shutdown!'
    2013-06-04 17:01:12.477246|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| client disconnected 'xxxx'(id:xxxx) reason 'reasonmsg=Server Shutdown!'
    2013-06-04 17:01:12.651599|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| stopped
    Other virtual servers are living.

    How can I get the information to make an effort not to shut down virtual server?

    Thanks.

    Hello Barungar.

    from _0.log

    2013-06-06 07:48:23.337639|INFO |Query | | listening on 0.0.0.0:10011
    2013-06-07 15:52:39.794586|ERROR | | | TS3ANetwork::Connect failed error: 110
    2013-06-09 04:56:20.595701|ERROR |Accounting | | virtual server id 1 is running elsewhere, shutting down!
    I found "is running elsewhere" and I know it is in FAQ!
    https://support.teamspeakusa.com/ind...-shutting-down

    Thank you Barungar. I didn't know I had better see _0.log.

    serverlist -uid
    ...
    server_autostart=1
    ...
    error id=0 msg=ok

    so I set
    serveredit virtualserver_autostart=0
    error id=0 msg=ok
    is it correct?

    If the server should be running then the autostart property should be set to 1.
    Make sure you are not running any other instances of TeamSpeak server.

    Hello Chris.

    I thought I should start the server manually.
    serverstart sid=1
    "autostart" is really useful.

    I check ts3 process. No another process found.
    shell> ps auxww | grep ts3
    root 20919 1.3 2.4 605784 24588 pts/0 Sl 11:17 7:13 ./ts3server_linux_amd64
    me 21477 0.0 0.0 10336 920 pts/1 S+ 20:20 0:00 grep ts3
    But the server is shut down

    First of all you shouldn't start the TeamSpeak server as root user for security purposes.

    Check the _0.log to see why the server was shut down.

    hi Chris.

    yes I know. I doubted of using privilege port or something permission shortage.

    The _0.log says "virtual server id 1 is running elsewhere, shutting down!"

    Thank you for your reply, Chris.

    I had read the article, and I tried to put the URL into a reply I have post.
    But the reply was rejected because it includes URL.
    (It looked "waiting approval but no action)
    I tried to change virtualserver_autostart but it could not solve the problem.
    And no other TS process running, no other process uses port 9987.

    By the way, I reinstalled TeamSpeak3 binaries to the newest version.
    3.0.7.1 -> 3.0.7.2
    I keep license file, sqlite db file and uploaded files.
    There was some problems, ts3server process throws segmantation fault around libc library.
    Then I re-install libc library, it works good

    I was afraid of I face to same problem. It looks work out correctly. (now over 1 day.)

    I continue to watch the server health.
