Wir haben seit mehreren Jahren einen TS Server mit einer Lizenz, seid gestern ist diese auf einmal Ungültig. Bei den Log Dateien ist eine accept_license_error_2019-02-21, den Eintrag in der .ts3server_license_accepted habe ich gemacht und anschließend den Server neu gestartet. Jedoch ohne Erfolg, es erscheint immer noch die Meldung das die Lizenz Ungültig sei. Was ist da los?

License accept ist für die Lizenzbedingungen, die offenbar nicht gelesen wurde. Denn sie hat nichts mit Lizenz für den Server zu tun. Sondern mit der Software, myTeamSpeak usw.

Bedeutet, dass deine Lizenz in unserem System nicht mehr gültig ist.

Vermutlich war dein Server noch sehr lange keine 3.3 sondern 3.0.x und somit hat er nie die Lizenz v2 geladen. Jetzt versucht der Server 3.3.0 (der übrigens auch veraltet ist) zum ersten mal, aber nun ist es zu spät. Im system gilt die Lizenz nicht mehr.

Hello,
I do have a NPL License with old licensing modell for my public/clan teamspeak server.

I moved and I want to change my address and email address (via ticket). Do this result in getting moved the new licensing modell?

Changing your data will not remove or replace your license.
But You must have access to the old mail you did use to register for that license or else our sales department will not touch your data.

I was just checking the logs after my community's Teamspeak crashed. How do I fix this? Originally I am pretty sure we got the NPL licensekey from you here a long time ago. Normally I just copy everything if there's ever a server PC problem(hard drives failed a few times since 2012 between the two servers).

I've deleted the original license file we've had on there, and it just keeps crashing. The Hard drives were changed March 23, 2019 on our 208.115.* server. I just moved everything off of our normal 64.31.* server to its new one of 144.217.* and was testing it on the 7th(the backup if the main goes down).

Our backup teamspeak on the(current) 144. box is having the same problem(it's an exact copy of the original), it's showing 'anonymous' this time, as compared to the lasttime it was running 'Non-profit':

My NPL expired and it did not automatically renew. What can I do?

You may request a manual renewal by submitting a support ticket to the NPL department (https://support.teamspeakusa.com/ind...Tickets/Submit). Please provide the following information: 1. Your contact information - first and last name, full address, and telephone number. 2. Verifiable and operational website URL on a custom domain ( e.g. 'www.mywebsite.com') that demonstrates community activity. Your website must not contain donation requests, advertising, marketplace/stores/shops, or commercial activity of any kind. It also may not contain links to other websites with commercial activity. 3. Email address associated with your custom domain (e.g. '[email protected]'). Email addresses using free email services are not permitted. 4. Static IP address on which you intend to run the TeamSpeak NPL server. If you will be running the TeamSpeak server on a VPS, this must be the dedicated and unique IP address provided by your VPS provider. The IP address you provide must not already be registered to another TeamSpeak NPL in our systems.

PS: If you have changed the server and the IP address has changed as indicated in the contract, you must request a change of IP address of the NPL address by contacting the support.

Hey,

I've googled the issue and it turned up several threads, I know that the NPL license no longer exists and hasn't for a while, but no one appears to be sure what's supposed to happen with NPL licenses that were already issued.

I've been running my server with this license since 2011 and it has always automatically renewed itself. Is there any particular reason it hasn't this time? Are NPL licenses no longer being renewed?

I'd appreciate if someone could clear this up.

By the way... I would recommend you to update your teamspeak server to the latest version.
