user with hidden ip !

hello, me and my friend have a problem with someone entring our ts with an hidden ip adresse and multiple Unique ID insulting us whitou any valid reason with voice changer
whene i try to ban him i got this message : missing required parameter

just took look at this screen




my question is : how i can bloque any hidden ip to enter my teamspeack ?

These users were never actually on the server, this happens if you try to connect for the first time but don't know the password, or when you are banned.
