SuperAdmin Reset (I have it reset) why does it happen?

I noticed I was not a SuperAdmin yesterday. Don't know if it was like that before the latest update that I also did yesterday but that is when I noticed it. My question is, how does it happen in the first place when a person is running his own server in his house, where nobody has physical access to it? Can an AntiVirus software cause this (or anti-Malware app)? Or a Windows update? Just curious as to how it happened and what I can do to prevent it in the future, although fixing it was easy in the end.
    Thanks in advance,
    schemer

If by super admin you mean the admin server query group, then you are not supposed to be in that group, it's for query only not for regular clients.
