I just bought a 6 months voice server license from one of your affiliates in Portugal.

I tried to connect to TS with the server name they provided but it doesnt work.

As I didnt receive the ip how can i actually use my TS subscription??

You'll have to contact your hosters support for this.

Depending on how they made it, you can try this to get the IP, though you should probably get your ISP to fix the DNS server or use another one.
