    server query login

    what is for this option ??
    is necessary ?

    It is there so clients can create a query login.
    With that they can then use the query interface for scripts / bots and such.

    It is totally optional and can be forbidden for all or certain users by using the permission b_client_create_modify_serverquery_login. Only those that have that permission may use that option, it will be disabled for other clients.
