    Question [SOLVED] SKINNING HELP - Adding a border to QMenu

    [SOLVED]

    So I'm making my first skin (I'm just using the minecraft skin for reference because it's quite simple to understand, if anyone has a better reference skin please share =) )

    I'm trying to change the border around the QMenu hovered item (Setup Wizard option) and every time I add a border around in the code the icons seem to merge with the text for example:

    Without border: http://prntscr.com/1edojz

    With border added: http://prntscr.com/1edoa6

    and here's my code

    Without border:
    Code:
    QMenu {
    	border-image: url('Styles/MinecraftForever/Images/smallchat.png');
    	border-top: 1px transparent;
    	border-bottom: 1px transparent;
    	border-right: 1px transparent;
    	border-left: 1px transparent;
    	background-color: #0a2b3f;
    	background-image:url('Styles/MinecraftForever/Images/menu-bg.jpg');
    	background-position: top left;
    	background-repeat: no-repeat;
    	background-attachment: fixed;
    	color: #98cd5f;
    	padding-top: 8px;
    	padding-left: 7px;
    	padding-right: 7px;
    	font-weight: bold;
    }

    QMenu::item {
    	background: transparent;
    	font-weight: bold;
    }

    QMenu::item:selected {
    	background-color: #fff;
    }

    QMenu::item:disabled {
    	color: #6d6541;
    }

    QMenu::separator {
    	height:1px;
    	margin-left:7px;
    	margin-right:7px;
    	background: #2e3e1d;
    }

    QMenu::indicator:non-exclusive:checked {
    	background-color: transparent;
    }
    With border added:
    Code:
    QMenu {
    	border-image: url('Styles/MinecraftForever/Images/smallchat.png');
    	border-top: 1px transparent;
    	border-bottom: 1px transparent;
    	border-right: 1px transparent;
    	border-left: 1px transparent;
    	background-color: #0a2b3f;
    	background-image:url('Styles/MinecraftForever/Images/menu-bg.jpg');
    	background-position: top left;
    	background-repeat: no-repeat;
    	background-attachment: fixed;
    	color: #98cd5f;
    	padding-top: 8px;
    	padding-left: 7px;
    	padding-right: 7px;
    	font-weight: bold;
    }

    QMenu::item {
    	background: transparent;
    	font-weight: bold;
    }

    QMenu::item:selected {
    	background-color: #fff;
    	border: 1px solid #000;
    }

    QMenu::item:disabled {
    	color: #6d6541;
    }

    QMenu::separator {
    	height:1px;
    	margin-left:7px;
    	margin-right:7px;
    	background: #2e3e1d;
    }

    QMenu::indicator:non-exclusive:checked {
    	background-color: transparent;
    }
    Any ideas?
    I thank anyone who is willing to take time out of their free time to assist me, I am even thankful for your kindness to click this post =)
