disable report to server list,about license?

when i use NPL license(which license is extended when server detected as active), but the server i set disable reporting to server list, is the license will be extended automatically?
what if i use AAL?not reporting to server list,well i still have to pay annually..
i know how to securing the server from unwanted user..but i still confused for the license for the server which is not listed on server list...

The server list is just an extra which allows you to show your server on a publicly available site. Whether you use it or not has no impact on the type of license you have and an NPL will still be automatically renewed if the server is online when the renewal is due.
