    Unable to Join LAN server

I've been using a LAN server(64 bits) for my lan parties for quite long now, but without any change to the system(or made by me) the server just can't be joined from anywhere; i saw this on the log:
    Code:
    2013-07-11 18:07:30.279237|INFO |ServerLibPriv | | TeamSpeak 3 Server 3.0.7.2 (2013-05-15 08:09:12)

    2013-07-11 18:07:30.441244|INFO |FileManager | | listening on 0.0.0.0:30033
    2013-07-11 18:07:33.152370|INFO |CIDRManager | | updated query_ip_whitelist ips: 127.0.0.1,
    2013-07-11 18:07:33.154370|ERROR |Query | | bind failed on 0.0.0.0:10011

    2013-07-11 18:07:33.151370|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| listening on 0.0.0.0:9987
    2013-07-11 18:07:33.205372|INFO |VirtualServer | 1| stopped
Creating a whole new ts3 server doesn't work, and i'm starting to think it's something in my connection, i have everything set up, my LOCAL ip its static so that shouldn't be a problem, any ideas on how to fix it?

PD: The day this started failed i runned a 32bit server on the same pc but in a different partition (64bits was off)
Another PD: Server runs just fine on the 32bit partition(same pc,same connection)

The log says, that your virtual server is stopped. Could it be, that another server is running already?
Does the server log from yourt virtual server provide another information?

I read that on other threads, as i googled quite a lot before coming here, but no; there is only 1 instance, as i turn it on i check the processes in task manager to check, even restarting, disabling all other networks, connection to other router, noone of those seem to work, what i found odd, its that when i turn off this partition and turn the 32 bits on it works flawslessly...
What i don't understand its the log... it's only problem is "bind failed on 0.0.0.0:10011" but it shouldn't be a problem since its query, BUT and odd thing i saw... i'm able to telnet my server, but not join.
Sorry for the long post,BTW: Here is a log from today:

With further investigation i found the problem, the PORT 10011 Was already in use by the service tlnet, in which case i just "taskkill /F /PID 3136" (Remeber to start cmd as administrator)

I'd like to give instruccions to anyone who faces this problem, as i struggled 2 days with this:
Start looking for the port in use with this command: netstat -aon | findstr :10011 on cmd:

In case you feel a bit curius about which service was Scr***ing you, you can go to task manager and check:

Then just go to cmd (run as administrator) and paste "taskkill /F /PID (Your PID)"
    In this case: taskkill /F /PID 3136

Yes, this "Tlntsvr" Is the telnet server, who was the responsible of all my problems.

Please mark as resolved, as someone else could have this same issue and this is the solution!
