Question Channel admin can set all server groups ore channel groups

i have problem with the permission of channel admin , if i give him the power to set server group , then he can give everything so , I wanna limit some permission like (SUPER admin) how to do that because i tried to change the power to anything less than 75 but he can't set nothing (server group ore channel group) , but if i give him 75 he can assign everything !!

so how do I limit the server group also limit the permission of giving channel group
    thx for the help

i think there is only one permission for both (channel and server group), it's i_group_member_add_power, compared with the i_group_needed_member_add_power.
So, with the i_group_member_add_power higher than i_group_needed_member_add_power channel admin can also assing server groups.

It's similar to this problem i guess
