Issues connecting on pc

so I tried connecting to my teamspeak server everyone else can connect but me..... im a getting the TSDNS server "enjinvoice.com" does not know "minedivine.enjinvoice.com"
I connected with my phone and used the MineDivine.enjinvoice.com and it worked is there a way to get the ip and port? the owner of the server does not know it I have used the ip and port on a different server and it worked fine... any help would much be appreciated

Something strange happens with this server --> the connection resolves a SRV record with a name and at this final name there is a TSDNS running.

You can see the sequence in your client:
Tools --> Client log

What client version are you using to connect?

You get it in your TS3 client log:
Tools --> Client log

There you can follow all the sequence and the final Ip resolved to connect...
something like this:

28/08/2013 8:36:10	ClientUI	Info	Resolve successful: 123.123.123.123:256666
