Failure to connect to only 1 TS3 server

Out of nowhere on saturday morning when I tried to log into the TS3 server my friends and I use to game I suddenly got a failure to connect message. I tried a different link to the same server and got the same result.

Thinking all of my TS client was jacked up, or something was going on with my internet, I tried a couple random public servers and was able to get into them just fine. Top 2 are the different routes to the server I'm trying to connect to, bottom one is a random server I was able to get to fine.

    Code:

The weird thing is that it seems like in the top attempt to connect everything is going successfully and then out of nowhere it disconnects which doesn't make sense to me.

I've tried suecessfully pinging the server via hostname and IP, uninstalling and reinstalling TS3, deleting temp data, having my friends verify there wasn't any weird accidental bans going on, trying to connect with firewalls disconnected, making firewall exceptions for teamspeak, reimaging my pc and checking with my ISP to make sure the ports weren't somehow blocked. Any idea what the problem could be?
