    [old] 3.0.12 Client Crashdump Collection

In this Thread we collect Windows client crashdumps from version 3.0.12 in a central place.

Important: Only Crashdumps created with the current stable Release 3.0.12 accepted! So make sure you are running version 3.0.12
Any uploaded files or posts that are not from version 3.0.12 will be deleted without notice!

Please make sure to UPLOAD the actual crashdump itself, do not just copy & paste the text in the Popup, if you do your post will be deleted without any comment. What is anyone supposed to do with a piece of text that's about 100 characters long? We need the actual file itself!

You can find the crashdump file in %UserProfile%\Documents or whatever the location that was displayed in the popup dialog.

To upload your file and post the reply correctly do the following:
    • Copy the text in the crash dialog that asked you to upload the file
    • Hit the Reply button
    • Click go advanced
    • Click Manage Attachments below the post area
    • Click Choose file in the popup
    • Paste the text you copied earlier in the Open File dialog
    • Click OK
    • Click the Upload Button
    • Wait for the upload to finish
    • Close the Manage Attachments window
    • Explain what you were doing before it crashed and mention any special hardware you might be using (especially any USB devices except Keyboard & Mouse)
    • Hit Submit Post
    • Check your post after a week or two, we will edit the post if we require more information or have some advice that might solve your problem. If there was no edit to your post, chances are your crashdump was corrupted or there was nothing that could be found from your crashdump.

The same as combine (previous post). Was idling on TeamSpeak with another window in focus, and it crashed randomly.

    Have a .dmp

    Hi,
I have an unknown crash from ts3.

They gave me that data : C:\****\*****\Documents\ts3_clientui-win32-1378715177-2013-09-13 22_31_08.299804.dmp

    It`s a file, i think.
So, I will link this: http://www.file-upload.net/download-...83593.dmp.html

Hope, it will help to solve the problem.

Can't access the "report" page, posting it here.

Crash every time I try and connect to a server.

    -Thanks

Client crashing while playing Arma 2

Connected to the TS server of The Wrecking Crew UK. Seems to happen when I Alt-Tab out of the game, perhaps?

Should be two dmp's attached. Both crashes were while I was not at my computer. TS3 was connected to a server and in a channel with required talk power of 100 (I have 1 or something, it's for AFK people).

Error message on screen said something like, "Error, here's the dump, send it to us." So I registered so I could post them. HTH

    Teamspeak crashes

Team Speak 3 64 bit edition

    Windows 7 Home Premium 6.1
    HdAudio.sys
    DirectX ver 11

I try to login to a channel and the program crashes. I use every chat client on the net and they ALL work fine except TS!
