    Server license renewal

    Hello all,

I obtained a NPL for my guild/clan TS3 in 2011 which runs out fairly soon. I don't know how to proceed with this. Will it be automatically renewed? What are the requirements for renewal? What happens if it's not going to be renewed, etc.?

The server has been running virtually non-stop for 2.5 years, and is running now. Is that the only requirement for an automatic renewal?

It just needs to be running when the licensing server needs to contact it to renew the license. In my experience that can happen up to two weeks before it expires.

Ok well the server is "always on" as we're a worldwide guild, so unless it has crashed it'll be up. I thought after the 2.5 year mark i had to do something special, i guess i was mistaken?

Also make sure, the user under which the server runs, has write access to the directory / license file for updating.
