i try to upload a custom icon to ts (its 16x16)and it works for me but everyone else just sees %%SERVER_GROUP_ICON%%Member and in the main server message thing i get this <12:10:44> Transfer "icon_1870142830" reports: (file transfer connection timeout) how can fix this?

It works for you only? I guess the server is running in your local network or on the same computer.
You gave no details about it.
Please check your port forwarding and firewall settings for port 33003 TCP

well, other people have tried to upload the same icons and it gives them an error before they even upload them... so i dont know i don't think it is that
