The admin changed the channels from speex 5.32 to opius voice 7.71 but it sounds static and has some background noise. Are other users experiencing this? there are also some opius music channels with 11.87 KiB/s they sound even worse.

Opus Voice has background noise and sounds static?
The admin changed the channels from speex 5.32 to opius voice 7.71 but it sounds static and has some background noise. Are other users experiencing this? there are also some opius music channels with 11.87 KiB/s they sound even worse.
