    [Beta Channel] TeamSpeak Client 3.0.13

The upcoming Client Release 3.0.13 is now available for testing in the beta channel.

This client enables the channel delete delay (requires server 3.0.10), removes the DirectX Input system and fixes a few bugs.

The full changelog can be found below:
    Code:
    === Client Release 3.0.13 30 Sep 2013
+ Added support for channel delay feature in server 3.0.10. This allows to set
a delay in seconds after which temporary channels will be deleted after the
last client has left. To configure a virtualserver default, set the delay in
the virtualserver edit dialog. Or configure per channel in the channel edit
dialog. Channel templates were adjusted to show the delete delay and a count-
down until the channel is removed.
+ Added search field in customize toolbar dialog.
+ Added display of filetransfer progress in taskbar (Windows 7 and above).
    * Removed deprecated Direct Input hotkey system, meanwhile replaced by the
      "Default" hotkey system.
    - Fixed assigning hotkey when key was mapped or deactivated via "ScanCode Map".
    - Fixed avatar animation when an animated gif will be set after a jpg.
    - Fix for Overwolf integration, avoid getting back to desktop when TeamSpeak
is started by Overwolf in-game and immediately a dialog opens.
To update your TeamSpeak client on the beta channel, go to the TeamSpeak 3 Client installation folder and create a file "update.ini" with this content:
    Code:
    [Channel]
    beta=true

    Can i connect with C3.0.12 to S3.0.10?

Also, add please channel delete reason (channel expired, last user left channel, etc). And reason logging.

Thanks for the dumps. Crash happens in sapi.dll, which is a Windows system library for Text to Speech. Do you happen to have any third-party TTS voices installed, like NeoSpeech or similar?

dante696, so what about channel delete reason?

another suggestion: permanent subchannels in temporary channel. is it releasable? because i dont see any sence in delete delay option without this.

I've got some performance problems (lags) while scrolling through Teamspeak servers with many icons.

I am not able to update and tried to download the files manually, but I got no access rights for several files, for example: client_win64.ini.sig

There is no need to repeat your request.
I can not say, that channel delete reason is usefull. Thats a bit overkill in my opinion.

Semi-perm and perm channels will never be able to be a sub channel of temp channel.
How can we store a permanent channel, when the parent channel(s) will be deleted, when suer leave channels or server was stopped.

Now I understand the idea and meaning of this feature, but what should we do with permanent channels? I don't need delete delay for temporary channels, but i need the control and, if necessary, remove the permanent channels that have not been visited for long time.

My suggestion: delete delay* for permanent channels + and, forgot about SUBchannels

Same as for temporary, but DD* timer freeze as soon as server is shutdown.
Only then I will find this feature useful.

    Btw, thanks for updates!

The whole point of permanent channels is that nothing happens to them unless the admin does it himself.
If you don't want lots of permanent channels then cull them yourself and use the other channel types to fit your usage.
