How to read the channel id from where the client is actually in?

btw. one other question:
How to add something like this:

- CHANNEL_NAME5
- - CLIENT_NAME1
- - CLIENT_NAME2
- - CLIENT_NAME3
- - CLIENT_NAME4

- CHANNEL_NAME46
- - CLIENT_NAME5
- - CLIENT_NAME6
- - CLIENT_NAME7
- - CLIENT_NAME8

So i want to read and show only the channels from where clients are in.
the other channels without clients need to be hidden..
