Channel Admin unable to modify Channel Permissions

    Hi,

I am having a Problem which I do not get solved.
I give the Channel Admin permission to a user, who should then be able to change the join/subscribe (etc.) permissions for this channel but I cant get it working. I always get the error message "insufficient permission modify power". I have tried several permissions but it seems I did not get the right combination.
Can anyone tell me how which permissions I need to change?
    Thanks!

And you are sure those rights are not overwritten by a server group? Try to check the permission overview of a user affected.

Did you read the permissions guide that comes with the server?
(In case you dont host yourself, it can be found -> here.)
To set an permission you need not only "*_permission_modify_power" but also the GRANT value for that permission.
Only if your permission_modify_power is >= the GRANT value of the permission you want to set it can be done.

I always thought the grant power was for granting a permission on a channel group for example. Probably I am wrong but the documentation seems not that clear as I hoped it was.
but anyway. even adding a 75 to the grant power of i_permission_modify_power and i_channel_modify_power does not fix the problem.
it is still "insufficient permission modify power"

Argh, I though I wrote this already but can't find it.

Do only this to a testing channel group:
    i_channel_modify_power 4
    i_channel_needed_join_power GRANT=4
    i_channel_needed_subscribe_power GRANT=4
    i_channel_needed_description_view_power GRANT=4
    i_channel_permission_modify_power 4
    b_client_is_priority_speaker GRANT=4

Before testing make sure that channel permissions have:
    i_channel_needed_permission_modify_power 4

Of course you might replace all those 4 with higher number like 75, but this is my preference. There are obviously some implications if you go with "high" numbers.
    Then give it a s pin :-)

    to Relicted last post:
if GRANT is set on some permission it means that user affected by it can change this permission on other users/groups inside a teamspeak, if there isn't other requirements forbidding him to do so on those layers in hierarchy.

can't get it working maybe there is another unseen-"problem".. i really don't know. Probably someone of you could have a look at my permission system? I would surely pay for your time.
