While the official one has been deprecated, downloads for the community one are at the bottom of the first post of http://forum.teamspeak.com/threads/9...7-only)-remake.
That is for current stable release of the client, though, not yet for the beta.

Hello! Our community from Planetside 2 is very thankful for you plugin, it works perfectly, but all people, who decided to use Recursion Tracker in the game (it is a program in game vocals for both achievements and other moments - https://recursiontracker.com/ ) with your plugin have troubles, because teamspeak crashes every 30-40 minutes. If we use your plugin without using Recursion Tracker everything works perfectly. If we switch off your plugin in Teamspeak and use Recursion Tracker everything works perfectly, but when we use teamspeak with your plugin and Recursion Tracker Teamspeak begin to crash. Maybe you could find the solution how we repair this problem.

Sorry for the late reply. I dont get email notifications for some reason, although I have enabled them.
I bumped the API version in an update, unfortunately I lost my project files so I had to use an old backup from 1.7.
As I dont really have time to further develop this plugin I also added the source code in the first post to download. If anyone wants to carry on with this project feel free to do so.

Latest attached version (Volume_Control_Goreki_API21_1.9.zip) works fine for me in client 3.1.

actually you can download the latest version for API 21 here -> Download.
On the addon page you can find it after the verification from the teamspeak team.

that ... doesnt work. The plugin doesnt even show up in the menu and the volume is never affected. Probably because the current version is 3.1.0.1 and the TS devs are notorious for changing literally everything in every update, breaking all addons in the process
