Someone is hearing us, although he is full mute. How is it possible?

    Hi It's me Mapfl,
I'm curious about the fact, that someone is hearing us, although he muted his speakers and his microphone( it doesn't matter tho).

Can someone of this friendly and helpful community answer my qurstion?

Technically it should not be possible when speaker is muted or disabled. The server would not send any voice packets to him.

But one of these could be the case:
Your friend my be unmuted himself hidden behind a away status.
Or he is there with a second client & identity.
Or one of the users tells him what was said.

Somewhere on forum i answered that before (could not find it)
