Windows 8.1 64bit hangs after starting Teamspeak

    Installed Windows 8.1 64bit today.
When I start Teamspeak client everything works ok for about 5-10 seconds, then suddenly everything but the mouse hangs/freeze.
I can press Ctrl+Alt+Del and esc back from that, but I can't do anything. After clicking a bunch of times on teamspeak's X to close it - and it closes after 2-3 minutes, then everything resumes to normal.

Tried to run as Admin (I usually set my user as FULL Administrator and UAC off), no luck..
Tried Compability mode Win8 and Win7 - no luck..

My previous OS was Win 8 64bit and everything was working fine - same computer.

    Please advice...
