After multiple times I still cannot get onto the teamspeak addons site. Is it down for maintenance or something? What's the deal?

I am new to the forums here, but ive had a ts for months that we use for piratestorm
does any1 know when the addon page will be up and running again. it has been down for days and days.
i am loking for 2 things that i need.
1- an icon pack( doesnt have to be huge, just need something that has a variety
2- there is a program that allows you to hear who enters/leaves a room
if any1 can help me out i would appreciate it,

we cannot predict when the addons page will be back online.
You do not need a program for your second request. You can make TeamSpeak read out the chat to you.
Settings, Options, Notifications, Default Text To Speech.

I also need some addons to reinstall, due to my new computer/windows. It would be good if you could update the addon page some kind of "locally" so that the old page can stay online while updating ...

this does not do what im descrbing, when someone enters ur room or channel it says (in voice) user entered ur room,
we had download that would say (in speech) eviltwisted entered your room, eviltwisted left ur chnnel and so on
this is what im looking for!!
