Problem with Clientquery Plugin / clientlist special symbols

Hey guys (and girls of course)

i would like to know, which charset Teamspeak 3 Clientquery Plugin is using?
When i try to get the client list over the plugin, it shows me all special characters as questionsmarks...

Maybe someone has a solution for me to fix this problem?

Obviously it is not Unicode-enabled and uses your system's 8-bit charset, colloquially refered to as ANSI.
What do you want to do with it? For example, there is a list of clients in the server's database in the Permissions menu.
