    HI ewrewfrwef.

The Warning "WARNING |Accounting | | Unable to find valid license key, falling back to limited functionality " means that you dont have an License Key.

Here is an Link for more Info: https://support.teamspeakusa.com/ind...x-slots-to-512

To run an TS 3 Server you dont Need an License Key. You can create an Server with 32 Slots.
This is an Standart message if no License File was found.

The Start Option "createinifile=1" creates an ts3.ini where you can configure your Mysql Server and other little things.

So in your VPS Config is there an Firewall Active ? If Yes Please Open all needet ports for TS3.

    Here is an Link :https://support.teamspeakusa.com/ind...k-3-server-use

    Please check the Firewall settings.

For an Quick and Dirty :Test Stop the Server rename your ini and start the Server if the server now works as you wish your Problem is in the Ini or SQL.

Please give an feedback if this wont work for you.

    Regards Sargnagel

    Hi.
    First: NEVER RUN AS ROOT.
Please create an User for the TS3 Server.

So if the Server Dies instandly it could be possible that your VPS is not allowed to host an TS3 Server.
Sounds Strange but True at some Hosters.

What does the Log Says while Dying?

Im Sorry for my Bad english.

    Regards Sargnagel.

    HI.
    Hmmmm.

Lets Test something. Stop all TS3 Servers at your VPS.

Create an Testing Dir and install an fresh Server dont edit anything in it just start it and see what happens.

Without access to the Server ist dificult to find an Mistake.

So if the Server Start and you can connect the Problem is in your Settings.

If you Want we can Join at My Ts3 for an Faster Response.

    Regards Sargnagel.
