Creating channel and assigning permissions trough query lags server

As discussed here, it seems that creating a channel and assigning permissions lags the teamspeak 3 server. As stated by ScP, it should be that when permissions are assigned, heavy database operations occur.

Note that this is mostly noticiable in high pop servers. Even if you don't notice heavy lag, average packet loss should increase a little bit. (In my server 0.2%, others I know, 5%).

Check the other thread to see the "debugging made" and discuss here.

The "lag" can also appear, when your server is full.
The permission will be send to every client on your server as an update.

    Edit:
Currently no bug, but we know that asynchronous db operations would fix this whole lag, but this is not high priority atm.
A ticket for that problem does exist already.
