    TeamSpeak 3 server problem

    Hello!! I have problem with my npl licensekey. I resend my licensekey.dat and i`m going to my email addres. I make all steps
    TO ACTIVATE YOUR LICENSE:
    1) Place the attached licensekey.dat file on the root directory of your TeamSpeak 3 Server installation folder.
    2) STOP AND RESTART the TeamSpeak 3 Server master binary (exe) process.
    but it`s not work

    The most likely problems are:
    • file is damaged
    • file is not read/write-able by teamspeak user


    Look inside the file with a text viewer. The file is mostly human readable, only the last part "==key==" is glibberish. If there seems to be anything odd try another mail client to read the mail where the file is attached and save it to disk again.

    Or if it is the rights thing, check if the teamspeak user is able to read and write the file.

    P.S.: Never upload the license.dat or the base64-part of your license mail anywhere on the public internet.
