    User display the TeamSpeak always shows 1 seconds online to what can you do?

    User display the TeamSpeak always shows 1 seconds online to what can you do?

    I usually speak German and very little English so sorry in advance if something is not understood.

    See the screenshot my provider thinks I should announce myself to you.

    Call duration is displayed but normal users online display stands to 1 second

    It seems an issue with the clientinfo.tpl file.

    Please, what theme have you selected?
    Settings --> Options --> Dessign --> in "Theme", which one is selected?

    I left it on the standard

    Can anyone send the file so that I can give my provider? (clientinfo.tpl)
    The error is gone as soon as possible.

    In your case the file is clientinfo_de.tpl, because you are using the german languaje.

    I can't reproduce the error with my client, all in default and german.

    Just for testing, select English:
    Settings --> Options --> Application --> Languaje --> English

    Here's my clientinfo_de.tpl, included with client 3.0.13.1 (23/10/2013 14:10:11)

    Hello, The problem is still with the file. On other TeamSpeak 3 servers, the display operates normally only this server does not really want no matter what the users.

    This is no template problem

    This is a server problem. Did other user complain about the same thing?
    Maybe the server owner has errors in his server instance log files.
