It's an url shortener that puts ads inbetween the original link and it's destination and pays out the link creator for doing so it seems.
So, I'm gonna assume the request is either to intercept and replace user communication server-wide (not possible no matter what), or to have his own links replaced automatically when posted.
Either way, I for one am not totally sold on creating free code just for quality of life improvements of other folks money making processes.
I hope that's understandable.
